The builder gives false commitments in terms of timeline for handover of possession. 2 years and onwards delay with the dates committed vs the date mentioned in MahaRERA. I have completed 98% of payments to builder in Oct2023 but the possession is still not in hand.

I would have rated 0 if the option was there. Project is delayed more than 1.5yrs.. Poor project planning and quality of work. Daily issue with water supply.. There is alot to write but don't want to waste energy. In brief don't invest your hard earned money in this project.
