A very well located project to access Mulund and Thane. Getting 60+ amenities in a single project is very rare to find in. So value for money project and also a liveable and loveable project too!!

Market news some dispute between Nirmal and Godrej on this project.. they had grand launch in Aug/Sep'18 and since jan'19 there is no work done by Godrej. Everytime i call up they saying CC yet to received plus no clarity on the pricing post GST.. please be careful before investing..
