Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telephonic Support professional, located in Noida. The Telephonic Support professional will be responsible for delivering technical support, troubleshooting issues, providing customer support, and handling communications with clients. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, monitoring support tickets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Communication skills Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Analytical skills for assessing and resolving issues Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in cloud telephony or related fields is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Technical Support Requirements: Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS. Experience with asterisk and free switch. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication.
