Key Responsibilities: Office Maintenance and Upkeep: Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry areas. Oversee the cleanliness of office equipment and common spaces. Hospitality: Serve tea, coffee, water, and snacks to staff and visitors as required. Arrange meeting rooms and provide refreshments during meetings or events. Errands: Deliver and collect documents, packages, and supplies within or outside the office as needed. Handle bank-related work or other errands assigned by management. Clerical Support: Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Manage and distribute office supplies like stationery, printer paper, etc. Administrative Assistance: Support staff with ad-hoc tasks such as setting up workstations for new employees. Assist in basic troubleshooting of office equipment (e.g., photocopier, printer). Compliance with Office Protocols: Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality. Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass or equivalent. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
