Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in assigned wards or departments
• Assess, monitor, and record patients vital signs and health status
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the physician
• Assist doctors during medical procedures, examinations, and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Support patients with daily living activities and provide emotional comfort
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective patient management
• Participate in training programs, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical audits

QualificationEducation:

• Completed General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course from a recognized nursing school or institution
• Licensure: Must be a Registered Nurse and Midwife (RN & RM) with a valid registration from the State Nursing Council
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting
• Experience in medical-surgical, ICU, emergency, pediatrics, or obstetrics & gynecology departments preferred.
