Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate GNM Nurse to join our healthcare team. The GNM Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assisting doctors during medical procedures, and ensuring the overall well-being and recovery of patients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of clinical nursing practices, patient care standards, and hospital protocols.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Monitor patients’ progress and report any changes in condition to the physician or medical team.
• Ensure proper hygiene and comfort of patients, including assistance with daily activities if required.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, providing appropriate care.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and patient-centered care.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) diploma from a recognized nursing school/institution.
• Registered with the State Nursing Council.
• Prior clinical or hospital experience preferred but not mandatory for fresher roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.
