As an Industry Strategy Resources Consultant and Analyst at Accenture, your role involves conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Resources industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to address challenges faced by Resources companies, including competition, regulatory issues, and technological advancements. Your key responsibilities include: - Working with clients to identify their strategic goals and developing comprehensive plans to achieve them. - Developing business cases for strategic initiatives and evaluating financial feasibility and potential benefits. - Creating frameworks and methodologies to track and measure the value realization of implemented strategies. - Identifying strategic cost take-out opportunities and driving business transformation. - Partnering with CEOs to architect future-proof operating models powered by transformational technology, ecosystems, and analytics. - Supporting clients in their inorganic growth agenda across the deal lifecycle, from target screening to post-merger integration. - Designing digital strategy initiatives leveraging technologies such as SAP, Cloud, and AI. - Managing organizational change associated with strategic initiatives and developing change management strategies. - Developing clean energy strategies and plans for transitioning to sustainable and renewable sources. - Monitoring industry trends and providing clients with insights on business growth and goals. - Participating in the development of thought leadership content on industry topics. Qualifications required for this role include an MBA from a tier 1 institute, prior experience in the Chemicals, Energy, Utilities, Mining, and/or Metals industry, and 4+ years" experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions, and other related fields. Good to have skills include Cloud Strategy, Data & AI strategy, Customer Experience Reinvention, and more.
