With a strong presence across Ghana, we’re on a mission to expand and grow the market. The Role We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and transform our commercial strategy. This is a pivotal leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. You'll lead our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), inspire the national sales team, and shape a winning go-to-market and brand strategy. Responsibilities • Lead, manage, and develop the nationwide sales and marketing teams. • Drive overall sales performance through effective leadership of RSMs and Sales Executives. • Design and implement growth strategies for on-trade, off-trade, general trade and modern trade channels. • Develop marketing campaigns to build brand equity and grow market share. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy. • Work with cross-functional teams to align demand and delivery. • Report directly to the C-Suite and provide monthly performance updates. What We’re Looking For • Proven 10+ years experience in sales and/or marketing leadership, ideally in FMCG or beverages. • Strong track record of managing regional teams and driving revenue growth. • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. • Deep understanding of beverages market and customer dynamics. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
