Key Responsibilities:Lead the Service operations across Jaguar Landrover Guwahati,Drive customer satisfaction, workshop profitability, and process compliance.Ensure highest standards of after-sales experience aligned with Lexus Motors Jaguar Landrover India guidelines.Manage Service, Bodyshop, CRM, and Technical teams effectively.Analyze business performance and implement strategic improvements. Desired Profile:Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 10–12 years of experience in the automobile service domain (premium car segment preferred).Strong leadership, team management, and customer handling skills.Proven track record in achieving CSI & revenue targets.
