Role Sales Capability Manager Job Level/ Designation M3 / General Manager Function / Department Sales and Distribution Location TNC Job Purpose The role focusses on designing effective sales plan, imparting training to field teams, driving digital adoption, measuring and coaching for improving key distribution KPIs of TSX and ASM, SIP roll out and effective deployment and assisting Sales Head in driving special initiatives for the Circle To provide constant and continuous training to sales managers in view of growing competition and changing aspirations of consumers.
