Our client specializes in Manufacturing of CNC Machines - CNC Turning Center, CNC Milling Machine, CNC Lathe Machines etc., looking for Plant Head
- Will be handling entire Plant operations
- Will be working in a Production & Process driven environment in CNC division
- Will be responsible for entire work force Management
- Handle Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Handle new projects development
- Focus on revenue and profitability
- Ensure the production line in progress as per the needs by directly interacting with various internal departments
Also will be working with subcontractors on the job assigned
- Interacting with clients
- Engineering and Methods
- Engineer with 12+ years experience
- Should be from CNC background
- Should have handled entire plant operations
- Experienced in CNC machine process and Knowledge in CNC Programming
- Experienced in Engineering designs and Methods
- Must have worked with Any ERP
- Tooling knowledge is an added advantage
