As a Financial Accountant, your role involves performing various tasks related to financial accounting and reporting. Some of your key responsibilities include: - Performing general ledger scrutiny and substantiation regularly, while highlighting any observations to the respective SPOCs for timely resolution. - Reviewing the fixed asset register on a monthly basis and ensuring timely closure of Fixed assets accounting. - Having knowledge of ESOP accounting in accordance with Ind AS. - Assisting and coordinating with statutory/internal auditors for their queries and ensuring timely resolution. - Preparing Financial Statements from Trial Balance and relevant notes on a quarterly and Annual basis. - Preparing related party disclosure on a quarterly basis. - Coordinating with risk and auditors for the smooth closure of internal control over financial reporting (ICFR). - Driving systems and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency through systems, technology, automation, etc. - Being well-versed with Ind AS accounting and its relevant application.
