Proven experience interacting with various levels of staff, candidates, management, external customers, vendors, etc. Highly skilled in handling multiple senior stakeholders, partners, and overall client-facing environment. Advisory mindset and well-connected with a similar industry network Be the Hiring Manager & Candidate experience ambassador to ensure high quality of Hiring Manager & Candidate experience from start to end of the hiring process Comfortable and at ease with managing high-level critical Key Performance Indicators like Time to Fill, Time to shortlist, Conversion rates, quality ratios, Service excellence & cost optimization. Essential Qualifications Required 4-7 years of Agency recruiting experience, specifically including full-cycle hiring in a high-volume environment under stringent deadlines. Be a hands-on recruitment specialist who leads by example. Complete knowledge of C2H and IT staffing processes. Must be willing to get hands-on and drive closures independently when needed Proven ability to independently manage and deliver mandates through a team. Proven success in hiring top-tier technical and non-technical talent.
