The Role We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Developer to lead the entire MVP development of our internal SaaS platform, designed to help businesses hire, manage, and pay overseas contractors all in one place. You’ll be the first and only developer on the team to start, working alongside our founder and design team to bring our Figma wireframes to life and ship the MVP. This is a high-impact, early-stage role with full-time, long-term potential. You’ll own the dev side completely at the start and play a critical role in setting the foundation. As we scale and onboard users, you’ll have the option to grow it into a leadership position and eventually help build out and manage a broader engineering team if you desire. What You’ll Do ● Take full ownership of developing our MVP from the ground up (front-end and back-end) ● Collaborate with the founder and design team to turn Figma wireframes into functional features ● Build a web-based dashboard for managing contractors, payments, documents, and compliance ● Integrate third-party APIs (Stripe, Wise, Auth0, etc.) for payments and authentication ● Ensure strong architecture, security, and scalability from day one ● Handle planning, development, deployment, and ongoing iteration ● Grow with the company, evolving the product and team as we scale Preferred Tech Stack ● Frontend: React or Next.js (TypeScript), Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI ● Backend: Node.js (TypeScript), Express or NestJS ● Database: PostgreSQL with Prisma or TypeORM ● APIs & Auth: REST APIs, Stripe, Wise, Auth0/NextAuth/Auth.js ● Other: AWS (S3 for file storage), Docker for deployment Bonus if you’ve worked with timezone logic, contractor or payroll platforms, or admin dashboards before. What You Need to Know: Title: Senior Operations Manager Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week | 8AM–5PM EST, Monday–Friday (with a 1-hour lunch break) Location: Remote (India preferred) Ready to take ownership of a global supply chain and fulfillment ecosystem? Our client, an innovative consumer brand with a strong presence in both B2B and B2C markets, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily supply chain operations, fulfillment, and vendor management. You’ll serve as the key operational leader across partners, systems, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery. This is a fully remote role, with a strong preference for candidates based in India or West Africa (e.g., Nigeria) . You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in India, the Philippines, and the United States, and work directly with senior leadership to optimize systems and scale operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for 2+ copackers and a third-party logistics provider (3PL) Manage approximately 50 SKUs through their full lifecycle within an ERP system, including setup, forecasting, purchase orders, production planning, and delivery Source and negotiate with suppliers for both finished and unfinished goods (e.g., merchandise, packaging) Oversee fulfillment operations for both B2B and B2C orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Partner with executive leadership on audits, product testing, and QA compliance Build and maintain forecasting and demand planning systems using data and technology Lead and develop a small operations and customer support team (currently one full-time and two part-time team members) Coordinate effectively with Sales to align operational and business priorities Communicate via Slack, Zoom, Loom, Notion, and Gmail to manage both internal and external relationships Must-Have Experience: Candidates must meet all of the following requirements to be considered. Experience working for at least one Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand with both B2B and B2C business lines Direct oversight of 1+ 3PLs and 2+ manufacturers (copackers) Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Shopify , including Products, Collections, Analytics, and Inventory Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel for operations tracking, forecasting, and planning Advanced proficiency in at least one ERP system such as Settle , NetSuite , Odoo , or Sage Prior experience as a team lead or frontline manager for a team of two or more Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with a Food or Beverage brand targeting the U.S. market Hands-on experience with Settle ERP Familiarity with tools such as Finaloop , Ramp , Gorgias , Hubspot , Zendesk , and Gusto Comfort using tools like Notion , Slack , and ChatGPT for documentation and communication Key Traits and Soft Skills: Ownership mindset: Takes full responsibility for tasks, resolves issues proactively, and contributes ideas for continuous improvement Strong organizational skills: Stays ahead of deadlines and ensures leadership has visibility into key details High responsiveness: Able to communicate quickly during working hours, especially when time-sensitive issues arise Sound judgment: Capable of making data-informed decisions and knowing when to escalate Influence and communication: Able to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors Additional Details: This is a full-time position Candidates must not engage in employment or consulting work with any other organization PTO is provided for all local holidays , plus an additional two weeks of paid time off after a 3-month probationary period Flexibility is available for the right candidate, and the role offers meaningful ownership and growth
