Global Trade SAP GTS Developer

You are a talented Global Trade SAP GTS Developer sought by Celanese to enhance trade compliance and supply chain systems. Your role involves utilizing global trade expertise and S4 advanced programming skills to customize and integrate GTS with SAP systems. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining solutions to ensure compliance, streamline trade processes, and support Celanese's global operations. As a Specialist in IT Relationship Management, you will collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver robust GTS-to-SAP integrations and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Additionally, you will stay updated on SAP GTS advancements, reporting tools, and global trade regulations to recommend innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a developer and IT support for SAP GTS, providing advanced support, configuration, and optimization for global trade processes. - Develop and customize SAP GTS solutions by programming enhancements, interfaces, and integrations between GTS and SAP ECC/S4 HANA using ABAP, RFC, and other relevant technologies. - Design and implement trade compliance functionalities workflows, tailored to international regulations, including sanction screening, embargo checks, and customs automation. - Maintain and enhance GTS master data structures through programming and configuration. - Create advanced data reports using SAP GTS and other platforms to monitor trade compliance, system performance, and operational trends. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GTS functionality and its integration with SAP systems. - Create and maintain documentation for custom developments, configurations, integration processes, and reporting methodologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP GTS, with at least 3 years focused on programming and development (ABAP, RFC, etc.). - Proven functional expertise in SAP GTS and S4. - Strong programming skills in ABAP and experience with GTS-to-SAP integration techniques. - Demonstrated experience in data reporting and designing reports using SAP tools or similar platforms. - Proficiency in managing and customizing Microsoft SharePoint sites for team collaboration and document management. - In-depth understanding of global trade regulations and ability to work on complex technical projects in a multi-system environment. - Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage. Preferred Skills: - Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and its integration with GTS. - Experience as a Super user in SAP GTS. - Knowledge of REST APIs, DevOps practices, or trade automation tools. - Background in the chemical or manufacturing sector with an understanding of supply chain dynamics.,
