In this role, you will help deliver top-tier IT professionals to leading clients across the banking and utilities sectors. This is a high-impact role where your recruitment expertise will directly influence GTT’s client success and continued growth in the US market. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Account Managers to understand US client hiring needs across banking and utility sectors. Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Utilize Job Diva and other platforms to source top candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social channels. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment. Coordinate interview logistics and prepare candidates for client interactions. Negotiate compensation in alignment with US market standards (W2, C2C, 1099). Maintain real-time candidate data and compliance records within the ATS (Job Diva). Track market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly. Required Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment or technical staffing. Prior success in filling roles for clients in the banking or utilities industries . Strong familiarity with US recruitment workflows, documentation, and tax terms. Nice-to-Have Experience: Recruitment support for Fortune 500 clients. Exposure to high-volume staffing or VMS programs. Familiarity with niche tech roles in core banking or utility tech systems. Required Skills: Strong sourcing, screening, and placement skills within the US IT recruitment landscape. Excellent English communication skills—written and spoken. Experience using Job Diva or a similar Applicant Tracking System. Preferred Skills: Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter experience. Ability to manage multiple technical roles simultaneously. Understanding of technologies in the banking and utilities industries , including core banking systems, compliance software, utility grid infrastructure, ERP platforms, and cybersecurity tools.
