The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Responsibilities Identify and approach potential international clients through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead generation platforms Initiate and attend discovery calls, follow-up conversations, and proposal discussions with clients as needed Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to final contract closure Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client expectations Write compelling proposals and present customised service offerings Maintain and track all interactions and leads using CRM tools Build lasting relationships that turn into repeat business and referrals What We’re Looking For Proven experience in international business development or B2B sales preferably in the outsourcing, or accounting support industry Good understanding of global sales processes, bidding, and proposal cycles Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Experience using CRM tools Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, and freelance platforms Prior exposure to the Australian, US, or UK accounting industry
