Job Description

Role Overview: You will be the DIS & Sales Ops Value Architect focusing on building quantified business value cases to identify the value proposition that Accenture can deliver to current clients/prospects using DIS & Sales Ops offerings and the services we can provide. Key Responsibilities: - Build a quantified value proposition outlining the expected benefits for clients, such as Revenue Increase, Cost Reductions, and Customer/Partner experience enhancements based on client maturity, industry performance, and trends. - Develop and maintain frameworks, toolkits, and simulators required to build business cases. - Drive pursuit team, deal team, and client buy-in into the value proposition and include it in client response decks or evolve it into outcome-based deals. - Manage a small team of value architects, assisting them in delivering innovative business cases and ensuring client buy-in. - Collaborate with the pursuit team to assess client maturity across key metrics through client inputs and secondary research. - Maintain industry benchmarks against metrics to evaluate prospects" maturity and identify potential improvements. - Work with Subject Matter Experts to refine the value proposition based on Accenture's experience in driving similar initiatives within the industry. - Innovate the approach/process to build value propositions for clients. Qualification Required: - Total 8-12 years of experience in DIS or Sales Ops areas, understanding various business problems in sales motions. - Experience in driving business transformation projects to deliver improvements through various levers. - Familiarity with tools/technology platforms used in DIS & Sales Ops and hands-on experience with some. - Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and ability to customize approaches accordingly. - Previous experience in building business value cases/proposals to showcase Business Outcome improvements. - Strong quantitative skills with a working knowledge of Excel/Power Point. If you have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience and hold an MBA or equivalent from a reputable school/program, this opportunity is highly desirable for you.,
