The responsibilities and tasks associated with the position include: - Ensuring continuous presence of all required Data Center lifecycle documentation - Proper onboarding and operation of Data Centers in DCIM tool - Ensuring Data Center service provision using related tools - Providing timely and effective technical support to resolve infrastructure issues - Implementing and managing security measures to protect infrastructure - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date configuration documentation - Monitoring and improving infrastructure performance to meet SLAs Tasks include: - Onboarding all new Data Centers into SDZ environment - Refreshing all lifecycle documentation reflecting valid control matrix - Keeping Data Center lifecycle documentation up to date - Onboarding all Data Centers to DCIM tool - Keeping all relevant information about Data Centers up to date - Cooperating in the development of DCIM tool - Onboarding Data Centers to relevant services - Providing Relevant Data Center services - Ensuring technical support related to Data Center services - Implementing security protocols and measures to protect data and systems - Conducting regular security audits and assessments - Developing and maintaining documentation for infrastructure configurations - Ensuring consistency and standardization of configuration management processes - Monitoring infrastructure performance against SLAs - Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes Key Performance Indicators: - Lifecycle documentation of Data Centers in Sandoz environment is up to date and compliant with valid IMF controls - Data Centers are onboarded to DCIM tool and all data are up to date - Providing timely and effective Data Center services - Providing timely and effective technical support to resolve infrastructure issues - Implementing and managing security measures to protect infrastructure - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date configuration documentation - Monitoring and improving infrastructure performance to meet SLAs,
