Global Senior Pricing Product Manager

You will be joining Avolta, the world's leading travel experience player, known for its traveler-centric approach and extensive global network. With 5,500 outlets in over 75 countries across six continents, Avolta caters to the needs of up to 2.3 billion passengers annually. The company, guided by its Destination 2027 strategy and recent partnership with Autogrill, is poised to revolutionize travel experiences worldwide, operating in various locations such as airports, motorways, cruise lines, seaports, and railway stations. As part of the Global Pricing team, your role will focus on developing and implementing enterprise-wide pricing strategies in a complex, data-driven environment. You will leverage your expertise in pricing, product management, and strategic analytics to lead pricing initiatives, manage data models, and drive repricing efforts. Reporting to the Global Pricing Head in Bangalore, India, this hands-on role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include designing and enhancing pricing models, conducting in-depth data analysis using tools like Excel and SQL, directing repricing strategies based on market dynamics, and partnering with various departments to align pricing strategies with business objectives and customer value. You will also lead competitive benchmarking, implement pricing automation frameworks, and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields, with a preference for a Master's degree. You should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in senior pricing, product management, or strategic analytics roles within global commercial settings. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, analytical thinking, and effective communication with C-level executives is essential. Experience with enterprise data visualization tools, pricing platforms, and Python is advantageous, along with a background in travel retail, e-commerce, or management consulting.,
