Global Recruiter( Multilingual Roles)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Global Recruiter to lead and execute international hiring strategies across multiple regions, including North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global talent markets, local labor laws, and cultural nuances, and will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across a diverse range of functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with global business leaders and HR teams to understand current and future hiring needs across multiple regions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates from global markets.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on international hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and local labor market conditions.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent platforms across geographies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support employer branding initiatives globally to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with international and local employment laws and data privacy regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
