Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Freight Broker based in India to support our U.S.-based operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of domestic U.S. freight markets, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of booking and managing freight shipments across various modes (particularly truckload and intermodal). This is a remote, full-time role that will work closely with our team in Houston and our carrier network across the United States. Key Responsibilities Source, negotiate, and secure freight capacity with reliable carriers and owner-operators across North America Manage daily freight movements including drayage, transloading, and over-the-road transportation Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, shippers, and internal stakeholders Use TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and other logistics software to dispatch and manage freight Provide timely updates to customers and proactively resolve issues during transit Analyze freight trends and rates to ensure profitable margins Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all transactions Collaborate with warehousing and transloading teams to ensure end-to-end logistics efficiency Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Freight Broker or Logistics Coordinator for U.S. freight Strong understanding of U.S. logistics, transportation regulations, and market dynamics Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Proficient in logistics software such as TMS, DAT, Truckstop, MacroPoint, etc. Exceptional written and verbal English communication Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours (night shift in India) Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred Work Hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time Zone – U.S.) Monday to Friday (Night shift in India time) What We Offer Competitive salary in INR with performance incentives Work-from-home flexibility Opportunity to work with an experienced U.S.-based logistics team Long-term career growth with a stable and growing company Supportive and collaborative work culture
