Job Description

Role: Specialist Patent Litigation and Business Intelligence Purpose of the Role: Prior art searches and IP due diligence Patent opposition IP enforcement to maintain competitive edge Patent Invalidation to create early launch opportunity Business Intelligence Job Responsibilities: Invalidity analysis of competitor patents, Preparing defenses Analysis of prior arts. Arguments for patent Opposition Preparing arguments during litigation, timely completion of requirements of IP litigations Competitor Intelligence Required Education and Experience: 4-10 years of relevant experience in IPR M. Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmaceutics)/ M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) Registered Patent Agent will be an added advantage Exposure to Global Patent Litigation. Experience to conduct Freedom to Operate and Pre-screening of various technology in the field of agriculture. Should have good communication skill set to work with outside counsel and with the marketing team.
