Job Description

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

Global Employer of Record (EOR), Global Payroll, and Entity Solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development

  • Consult with prospective clients to identify the best solution for their challenges, advising on country selection based on business activities and talent availability.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business for EOR, Global Payroll, and Entity Solutions, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with C-suite executives (CFOs, CPOs) to navigate enterprise buying cycles and close deals.

Product Expertise

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting global expansion.
  • Guide clients through global entity setup, payroll, accounting, and HR compliance, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice on international market entry, including tax incentives, corporate structuring, and operational efficiencies.

Collaboration & Sales Reporting

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution.
  • Partner with the solution consulting team to design tailored solutions that align with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights to the management team for data-driven decision-making.
