Job Description

Delivery Manager - Embedded Systems (Transportation & Mobility, Automotive)

Location: Pune, ATP

Reports To: T&M P&L Head

Experience: 23+ Years

Role Summary

Delivery Head Embedded Systems

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of embedded projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective execution.
Manage large offshore delivery teams (500+ engineers) while aligning delivery outcomes to client expectations.
Act as a trusted partner to global clients, ensuring they experience 'wow' moments in delivery and engagement.
Collaborate with sales and account teams to expand business through existing networks, vendor lists, and embedded project opportunities.
Support proposal development, RFPs, and account mining.
Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams with strong governance and program management practices.
Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation to enhance delivery productivity and quality.
Serve as the escalation point for critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Be visa-ready and available for frequent travel to the USA and EU for client meetings, project governance, and business development.

Required Skills & Experience

23+ years of experience in embedded systems delivery, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
Proven success in managing large offshore delivery centers (preferably 500+ embedded engineers).
Strong
OEM relationships across USA & EU automotive/embedded domains.
Deep understanding of
embedded engineering services,
automotive electronics, AUTOSAR, IoT, or related domains.
Expertise in global delivery models (onsite/offshore), governance frameworks, and program management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, PMP/PMI).
Strong client relationship management, account growth, and transformation program experience.
Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Should have experience working with USA/EU automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
B.E, MBA/Management qualification preferred.
