Global COUPA Integration and Procurement Technology Lead

As a Global Coupa Integration and Procurement Technology Lead with 8+ years of experience, your role will involve supporting, enhancing, and expanding Coupa-driven procurement and sourcing solutions for global business operations. You will utilize strong technical integration capabilities using Python, Java, and cloud integration platforms, along with Coupa functional expertise and SAP S/4HANA knowledge. Your domain experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain will be crucial in delivering end-to-end procurement solutions. The position offers flexibility to be based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or work remotely, collaborating closely with global teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate strong knowledge of Procurement, Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management processes. - Utilize hands-on experience as an Integration Engineer with Python and Java. - Work with Cloud Integration tools and cloud-based middleware for seamless integration. - Apply Coupa functional expertise in procurement, sourcing, and invoicing modules. - Ensure a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and integration touchpoints with procurement and finance. - Design and implement end-to-end integration flows. - Engage in the full solution lifecycle including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support. - Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement technology, Coupa functional consulting, and integration engineering. - Proven experience with Coupa and Coupa Marketplace products. - Strong understanding of analytics and reporting through SAP and Coupa platforms. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and influence senior stakeholders. - Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, resolving production issues, and coordinating end-to-end integration testing. - Self-motivated, organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to handle changing priorities. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. (Optional) **Good-to-Have Skills:** - Experience with Ariba. - Exposure to Cloudent or similar cloud middleware platforms. - Experience working with global teams and offshore/near-shore delivery models.
