Secure product specifications and approvals from architects, consultants, developers, and builders. Expand presence in the fenestration industry, working with UPVC and aluminum door/window manufacturers. Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and key decision-makers. Conduct technical presentations, product trials, and participate in industry exhibitions. Oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction. Key Product Categories: Adhesives & Sealants Expansion Joint Solutions Glass Faade Systems UPVC, Aluminum, and Door/Window Applications Qualifications: Graduate in any Discipline, MBA preferred Knowledge and established network of fabricators, interior contractors, etc Strong communication and convincing skills Specific skills/ Personal attributes: Knowledge of Adhesives & Sealants and it's applications in the Construction markets. Experience with selling Sealants, UPVC doors and Windows, Glass and Glass Hardwares Ability to manage sales in an entire State Strong communication skills, high level interpersonal and influencing skills Ability to thrive in a start-up mode
