About SureDrive Assist We're a fast-growing startup operating at the intersection of automotive mobility services and digital infrastructure. We are building a scalable technology platform that empower seamless service experiences for vehicle owners, channel partners, and enterprise stakeholders. We're looking for a Full Stack / Backend Developer to join our core technology team. This is a foundational engineering role with hands-on ownership across backend services, frontend modules, and cross-platform integrations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js, Python, and modern API frameworks Design secure and scalable RESTful APIs and support webhook-driven interactions across internal systems Contribute to web interface components using Next.js, React, or Angular.js (20-30% scope) Work across third-party API integrations, including payments, messaging, CRM, and enterprise systems Build and extend backend infrastructure using tools like NestJS, Kong, or equivalent Manage cloud-hosted data systems including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and related services Develop event-driven data workflows and support structured data storage for time-based service events Support backend enablement for analytics pipelines, ML-ready data tagging, or structured scoring logic Ensure system-level support for consent-based logging, privacy workflows, and audit trail compliance (ISO, SOC2) Coordinate with product, operations, and external tech partners for aligned delivery Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub for efficient build and deployment processes Contribute to modular, decoupled architecture that supports flexible integration with third- party systems and business logic layers Required Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years of backend or full stack development experience (MERN or equivalent stack) Strong hands-on ability in Node.js, Python, REST APIs, and database systems Experience with Redis, event-based systems, and scalable backend architectures Familiarity with Docker, cloud deployment (DigitalOcean or similar), and CI/CD tools Understanding of structured backend design for analytics/automation-ready workflows Working knowledge of frontend tech like Next.js, React, or Angular.js Bonus: Exposure to fintech/InsurTech logic layers, rule engines, or API-first data exchange models Experience working in startup environments with high autonomy and a rapid development cadence Why This Role is Exciting Join the foundational tech team of a rapidly scaling platform Build for real-world usage across high-availability mobility service environments Collaborate with a close-knit leadership, product, and tech ecosystem Shape early-stage systems and influence platform design and reliability Culture & Collaboration Fast-moving, outcome-driven startup team Ownership-focused mindset with zero silos Office-based collaboration in Gurugram HQ Workflow powered by ZOHO, Jira, Slack, GitHub, and cross-functional delivery tools Intrested candidates can share resume on careers@suredriveassist.com with the subject line: Full Stack / Backend Developer Core Systems"
