Ginesys ERP Head

You will be responsible for leading the deployment, customization, and ongoing management of Ginesys ERP as well as overseeing the IT Department. Your main duties will include: - Leading the end-to-end deployment of Ginesys ERP modules such as manufacturing, inventory, POS, finance, and retail. - Configuring Ginesys ERP to align with garment workflows including cutting, stitching, piece-rate workers, subcontracting, and job work. - Managing integrations with e-commerce, POS, and logistics systems, and overseeing data migration. - Heading the IT Department, managing networks, infrastructure, data security, and the overall technology roadmap. - Providing training to users, preparing SOPs, resolving ERP/IT issues, and ensuring smooth adoption. - Ensuring GST and regulatory compliance, conducting IT audits, and maintaining cybersecurity standards. - Developing dashboards and analytical reports for management decision-making. Required Skills: - Proven expertise in Ginesys ERP implementation and support. - Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and retail operations. - Leadership experience in managing an IT team or department. - Proficiency in database (SQL/Oracle), networking, and system administration. - Familiarity with GST, Indian tax, and compliance. Preferred Background: - Strong background in the Garment Manufacturing industry. - 5+ years of ERP/IT leadership experience in manufacturing-focused companies. - Experience with POS, franchise, or omnichannel ERP projects. - Strong vendor and project management skills. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You are required to have experience in ERP systems, manufacturing, Ginesys ERP, POS, and garments/retail. Relocation before starting work is necessary.,
