About the Role: We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant who can wear multiple hats and work closely with the Managing Director to manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of managerial tasks. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling high-responsibility tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings. Track and follow up on all business tasks, ensuring deadlines are met. Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Prepare, draft, and proofread professional emails and business documents. Maintain and organize records, reports, and Excel-based trackers. Support in decision-making by compiling data and providing summaries. Handle confidential information with discretion. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data management). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to draft professional business correspondence. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
