The technicians are responsible for carrying out GFO infrastructure monitoring and servicing servers, network and telecommunication equipment remotely from a centralized location. - High school or equivalent diploma
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience- 1+ years of computer networking experience- 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
