Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities. Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS entries, and master data. Monitor attendance, leave management, and resolve related employee queries. Conduct and maintain records for POSH trainings, employee awareness programs, and policy inductions. Payroll Administration Process monthly payroll in GreytHR (or similar platforms) ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Calculate statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.) and ensure full compliance. Manage full & final settlements, reconcile payroll reports, and coordinate with Finance for disbursements. Compliance & Statutory Filings Ensure timely submission of returns for PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory obligations. Liaise with consultants and government authorities during inspections, audits, and labor law compliance checks. Maintain registers and statutory documentation as per labor law requirements. HR Analytics & Reporting Prepare HR dashboards, attrition reports, headcount analysis, and monthly HR MIS. Utilize Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) for reporting and process automation. Employee Engagement & Support Serve as first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR, payroll, and policy matters. Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and policy rollouts. Assist in internal audits and employee satisfaction initiatives. Administration Oversee office administration including vendor management, housekeeping, stationery, travel bookings, and facility upkeep. Manage contracts/agreements with external service providers. Ensure workplace safety, security, and adherence to organizational policies. Support leadership in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences. Perform any additional administrative responsibilities as instructed by the Director. Travel to any affiliate within Mumbai, Plants and any other units is Mandatory. Educational Background and Work Experience: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or relevant field. 6-10 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll & compliance. Prior experience handling GreytHR is mandatory . Advanced Excel proficiency is essential .
(Note - This is an individual contributor role and requires constant travel to BKC and Vashi as per instructions from Director) Key Responsibilities: - Network Design & Management Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor and optimize network performance for reliability and scalability. Ensure network security through firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. Design and implement network architecture to support business operations across multiple locations. System Administration Administer and maintain servers (on-premises & cloud-based: AWS, Azure, etc.). Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services. Monitor server performance, schedule updates, and ensure system uptime. Implement and maintain user access controls and security policies. Infrastructure Support Provide IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and networking equipment. Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software failures. Manage virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) for optimal resource utilization. Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies. Cybersecurity Implement network security measures, including firewalls, encryption, and secure access protocols. Regularly update antivirus software, malware protection, and conduct system vulnerability assessments. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (ISO standards, GDPR, etc.). Technical Support & Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth IT and network operations. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Maintain vendor relationships for IT procurement and support. Document network infrastructure, system configurations, and IT policies. Travel Requirements The candidate will be required to travel between Vashi and BKC regularly. After the office shift to Nerul, travel will be required between Nerul and BKC as and when directed by the Director. You will also be handling Directors residence requirement quite frequent or as and when required by the Director so you should be comfortable to travel to BKC. Educational Background and Work Experience Bachelors/MBA degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or equivalent are preferred. 6-8 years of experience in network and system administration. Competencies Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing, and switching. Proficiency in configuring firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems. Experience with server management, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and macOS. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Prepare and file all statutory financial reports and ensure timely submission of regulatory filings, including tax returns and other required reports. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure successful completion of statutory audits. Implement and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. Lead internal audits to identify potential financial risks and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, reviewing them periodically to ensure they meet current business needs and legal requirements. Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance on best practices in accounting processes and encouraging professional development. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of the accounting staff to ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Continuously review accounting processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. Work with IT and other departments to implement accounting software upgrades or new systems to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy. Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, revenue and expense recognition, and adjustments. Ensure timely reconciliation of key accounts, including cash, inventory, intercompany accounts, and fixed assets. Provide accurate financial reports to senior management for decision-making purposes. Develop and present periodic accounting reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to the leadership team. Ensure accurate and timely accounting for all direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS) within the financial statements. Collaborate with the tax team to ensure compliance and accurate tax calculations within the accounting function. Educational Background and Work Experience Education: MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA or equivalent accounting certification. Experience: Minimum 18+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 5-8 years in a leadership role. Experience in managing corporate accounting functions is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), taxation principles, and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and develop a high-performing accounting team. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and ensure accounting accuracy. Experience in structuring of Legal Entities and associated taxation aspects. Strong exposure to leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex context. Extensive knowledge of setting of the budgets, reporting, inventory control systems and accounting. FP&A - Financial planning, Operational cash flow, Budgeting, Reporting, Treasury management, Investor relations and Outsourcing of F&A functions as required. Regulatory - FEMA, Legal CS & Compliance, Governance. Strategy - Raising working capital, Revenue Growth, EBIDTA Margin, Gross & Net Profit margin, M & A and ensuring the company's financial health and stability.
