Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GET. Fresher Design Engineering position located in Hyderabad. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to design engineering in the automotive seat industry.

1. As a Design Trainee, you will work under the guidance of senior designers and contribute to various stages of the design process. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals eager to kickstart their careers in design, offering exposure to hands-on projects, mentorship, and opportunities to develop technical and creative skills.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Recent graduates or students in their final year are welcome to apply.

1. Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in design software and tools (list as per STT requirements).
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

1. Experience:

• Prior internships or freelance design work is a plus but not mandatory.
