As the ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative (MR) at our organization located in Electronic City, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Reporting to the Head of Quality & Regulatory COE and Business Process Excellence, you will collaborate closely with various departments to foster a culture of quality and drive process excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and maintaining the QMS according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements. You will oversee the establishment and effectiveness of QMS processes across the organization, lead Management Review meetings, conduct internal audits, and manage document control within the ManGo System. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, provide training on ISO 9001:2015 standards, monitor customer satisfaction, and coordinate external audits and certification processes. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline and possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Management Representative focusing on ISO 9001:2015. An ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification is required, while Six Sigma or Lean certifications would be advantageous. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards, excellent communication and leadership skills, proficiency in QMS software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.
