Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in New Delhi. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining service standards and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience for all students. Qualifications Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Experience in managing Customer Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment Previous experience in educational services or language learning platforms is a plus Proficiency in German is an advantage but not mandatory High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
