German/ Spanish/French Language Expert- Technical Support

The ideal candidate for this role should be a Graduate in B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.SC IT with excellent interpersonal skills. You must have a proven ability to build rapport and establish strong working relationships with customers, peers, and managers. Experience working in a fast-paced technical support or customer service position is required along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in GERMAN/DUTCH/FRENCH/SPANISH with a C1 Certification is mandatory for this position. Being computer literate is essential, with PC skills being a requirement and knowledge of Mac OS being desirable. A general understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, and an electrical or electronics background would be highly advantageous. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule. Fluency in German, French, or Spanish is a must. Candidates must hold a C1 certification in either German, French, or Spanish.
