Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging language training programs tailored to learners' needs and proficiency (A1 - B2 levels).
- Conduct classroom sessions focused on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Create lesson plans, training materials, and interactive learning activities.
- Encourage learners to practice communication in real-life contexts.
- Maintain accurate training records and report learner progress.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methods and language-learning tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as a Language Trainer, Teacher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the target language.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
