Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing and spreading financial statements in German language using platforms like Excel and Moodys RiskAnalyst. Your main focus will be on analyzing financial statements of public and private companies, normalizing them for exceptional items, and preparing capital structure and debt amortization schedules. Additionally, you will be screening credit agreements and analyzing financial covenants. Your role will also involve understanding financial projections and calculating various financial metrics. Quality checks and meeting strict deadlines will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and analyze financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement - Normalize financial statements for exceptional and non-recurring items - Prepare detailed capital structure and debt amortization schedules - Screen credit agreements and analyze financial covenants - Calculate Adjusted Net Worth, Recurring Cash Flows, Annual Debt Service, Contingent Liabilities, custom ratios, and other financial metrics - Conduct detailed Quality Checks as required - Deliver 100% quality work within strict deadlines - Work both individually and as part of a team Qualification Required: - B.Com Graduate or MBA in Finance - Proficiency in German language is mandatory - 1 to 6 years of experience in financial statement spreading/analysis - Excellent written and spoken communication skills,
