German Counselor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced European (Germany) Education Expert who has in-depth knowledge of overseas education processes for European countries. The ideal candidate will handle the entire student journey — from counselling and application to funding guidance and visa processing — while maintaining excellent student relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counselling to students interested in studying in Europe.
• Guide students through the end-to-end admission process: course selection, application preparation, documentation, and submission.
• Advise on public universities’ admission processes, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and academic requirements.
• Assist students with funding and scholarship opportunities, including preparation of required documents.
• Manage the visa application process for relevant countries, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest immigration rules, admission policies, and education trends in Europe.
• Handle queries professionally and maintain regular follow-up with students and parents.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, embassy representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Achieve enrolment and conversion targets while ensuring high satisfaction levels among students.

Key Requirement:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in overseas education consulting, with proven expertise in European countries.
• Comprehensive understanding of public universities’ admission process in Europe.
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures, documentation, and embassy protocols.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple students’ cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with scholarship and funding options available in Europe.

Location: Candidates residing in South Delhi / East Delhi are preferred.

Age Criteria: Minimum 30 years at least
