Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments (dietary history, anthropometrics, biochemical data, medical history, lifestyle factors) Diagnose nutritional problems and identify needs and priorities Develop, implement and monitor individualized nutrition care plans / therapeutic diets Adjust diet plans based on ongoing evaluation, lab results and progress Provide one-on-one counseling and group education sessions on nutrition, healthy eating, lifestyle changes Educate patients, families, caregivers on dietary management for chronic diseases (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, renal disease, cardiovascular disease, GI disorders) Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other health professionals to integrate nutrition into overall patient care Work with food service / kitchen staff to ensure meal plans are executed appropriately, meet dietary requirements, and adhere to safety and hygiene standards Maintain detailed records: nutrition assessments, interventions, progress, and outcomes Stay updated with latest research in nutrition, dietary guidelines, evidence-based practices Participate in community programs, wellness initiatives, workshops and awareness campaigns Audit, evaluate and improve dietetic services / protocols Contribute to policy development, SOPs, clinical protocols in nutrition Supervise / mentor junior dietitians, interns or dietetic assistants (if applicable) Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and quality standards (e.g. hospital, health authority, etc.) Qualification & Experience : - Bachelor or Master in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or related field. - Fresher to 3 yrs of experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
