Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apache Spark Apache Flink Java and Springboot Microservices. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift contributing to innovative geospatial solutions that drive our companys success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced geospatial analytics solutions using Apache Spark and Apache Flink to enhance data processing capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable microservices using Java and Springboot ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Analyze complex geospatial data sets to extract meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Provide technical expertise in the development of geospatial applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of geospatial data pipelines ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of geospatial models to ensure they meet business requirements and industry standards.
Lead efforts to innovate and improve geospatial data processing techniques staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Support the development of user-friendly geospatial tools and interfaces that enhance user experience and accessibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their geospatial data needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all geospatial data handling and processing activities.
Document and communicate geospatial analysis results and methodologies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Contribute to the companys mission by leveraging geospatial data to drive innovation and create positive societal impact.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Apache Spark and Apache Flink with proven experience in large-scale data processing.
Demonstrate proficiency in Java and Springboot Microservices with a track record of developing robust applications.
Exhibit excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex geospatial data and derive actionable insights.
Have a solid understanding of geospatial data formats and standards with experience in handling diverse data sources.
Show strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Display effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Be a proactive team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and driving continuous improvement.
