Job Summary

As a GeoSpatial Sr. Analyst MAP you will leverage your expertise in Pega Case Management and Application Development to drive innovative solutions. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance geospatial data analysis ensuring efficient and effective outcomes. Your role will significantly contribute to the companys mission of delivering impactful geospatial insights.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Pega Case Management solutions to optimize geospatial data workflows.
Oversee the development of Pega applications that enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
Provide expert guidance on Pega Work Model best practices to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address geospatial data challenges.
Analyze complex geospatial datasets to derive actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain documentation for Pega applications and workflows to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
Conduct regular assessments of Pega systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all geospatial data management activities.
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of Pega tools and methodologies.
Monitor the performance of Pega applications and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Pega solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of geospatial data processes.
Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality geospatial insights that impact societal outcomes.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Pega Case Management with proven experience in application development.
Demonstrate proficiency in Pega Work Model and its application in geospatial data management.
Exhibit excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex geospatial datasets.
Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in geospatial analysis and Pega technologies.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Pega advancements.
