Geospatial Analyst

We are looking for a Geospatial Analyst to join our data generation team at SatSure. As a Geospatial Analyst, you will work with various datasets such as satellite imageries, boundaries, weather data, and more. Your responsibilities will involve processing satellite imagery, developing insights, running models, identifying features, classifying images, preparing reports and maps, and supporting client deliveries. Roles and Responsibilities: Operations: - Processing satellite imagery and deriving insights - Developing and running models for insights generation - Identifying and classifying features from satellite images - Creating reports and maps - Handling and supporting client deliveries Research: - Conducting research for operational tasks - Bringing expertise to develop new data products or optimize existing models - Creating software-based and/or programming-based models for process automation Requirements: - Degree in Geospatial/Geomatics/Remote Sensing/GIS or related field - 4+ years of experience in Geospatial projects - Proficiency in working with Raster data and satellite imageries - Strong understanding of image classification and Remote Sensing concepts - Knowledge of agricultural remote sensing is a plus - Familiarity with QGIS, Erdas Imagine, ArcGIS, and other Geospatial software - Programming skills and automation logic - Experience with Google Earth Engine and Python is advantageous - Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership skills - Ability to work independently or in a team - Understanding of Geo statistics is a bonus - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Benefits: - Medical Health Cover for you and your family - Access to mental health experts - Allowances for learning and skill development - Comprehensive leave policy - Twice a year appraisal Interview Process: - 3-4 interview rounds - Culture Round / HR round Number of positions: 2 Expected Month of Joining: As soon as possible.,
