Jaguar is seeking dynamic and proactive Crisis Management Centre (CMC) Analysts to join our Bengaluru-based team supporting a global financial institution. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals interested in crisis management, corporate security, business resilience, and emergency response operations. The CMC Analyst plays a vital role in monitoring regional incidents across APAC and India, escalating issues, and coordinating responses in real time. The role involves data analysis, crisis communication, and maintenance of operational response protocols. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess real-time incidents including natural disasters, man-made threats, utility outages, and geopolitical events. Escalate issues and coordinate responses in line with internal protocols and stakeholder expectations. Communicate incident updates promptly and accurately to relevant teams and leadership. Contribute to the development and periodic testing of crisis response plans and procedures. Manage and update data sets used for risk profiling, reporting, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with global and regional teams during shift handovers and live incidents. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (data analysis and visualization). Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Knowledge and interest in regional/international affairs and current events. Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player. Proficiency in a regional Indian language or other Asian languages (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin, Korean). Prior experience in crisis management, business continuity, corporate security, or a related field. Exposure to data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python). Awareness of cybersecurity threats and incident response best practices. Work Conditions: This is a 24x7 rotational shift role, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates must be flexible and committed to supporting mission-critical operations around the clock. Salary: Best in Industry (Negotiable for good candidates)
