Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy and Development Define and implement product strategies aligned with market needs and company objectives. Oversee the development and enhancement of plant nutrition products by collaborating with R&D and technical teams. Identify market gaps and opportunities for new product introductions. 2. Market Analysis and Positioning Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans. Monitor product performance and adapt strategies as required to ensure market competitiveness. 3. Technical Support and Training Provide technical expertise to the sales team and customers regarding plant nutrition products. Conduct product training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external stakeholders. 4. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure product success. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries. 5. Product Lifecycle Management Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch to post-launch evaluation. Continuously assess product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements. 6. Regulatory Compliance Ensure all products comply with industry regulations and standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting the plant nutrition industry. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the plant nutrition or agribusiness sector. • Strong understanding of plant nutrition products, their applications, and market trends. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and product management tools. • Willingness to travel as needed
