As a Geography Faculty at Goyala Classes, a rapidly growing institute for Civil Services preparation, your role involves mentoring aspirants preparing for UPSC, HCS, PCS, and other State Civil Services exams. You will be responsible for teaching subjects such as Indian & World Geography, Physical, Human & Economic Geography, Environment & Ecology, Geography-related Current Affairs, and Map-based learning & PYQ discussion. Your key responsibilities include: - Teaching Geography to UPSC/HCS/PCS aspirants with conceptual clarity. - Preparation of quality notes, maps, assignments, and test material. - Conducting offline/online classes with effective presentation and examples. - Guiding students in answer writing, map marking, and exam strategy. - Preparing MCQs, PYQs analysis, mock tests, and study schedules. - Recording short academic videos/reels (optional). To be eligible for this position, you should be a Graduate/Post-Graduate in Geography or a related field with a strong command over Geography, Environmental Concepts, and Current Affairs. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi are required. Experience in UPSC level coaching style and having appeared in civil services prelims or mains is an added advantage. The salary ranges from 10,000 to 50,000 per month, depending on your subject expertise, experience, and performance. There are additional earning opportunities through test series and online modules.
