To enable business growth by managing end-to-end channel onboarding and digitization initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and timely payouts. The role serves as a central point of coordination across functions and partners to resolve channel-level hurdles, drive performance through data-led insights, and implement marketing initiatives at branch and channel locations. It also supports branch and manpower productivity through strategic planning, hiring, and activation, thereby ensuring a seamless scale-up and efficient portfolio acquisition. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Onboarding & Digitization Initiatives End to End Onboarding of all Channels Ensuring Smooth Payout released to the channels A single point of contact for all channel hurdles Marketing & Branding in ABC Branches / Channels location 2. Performance & Portfolio Management Tracking and releasing various Dashboards on Productivity of Channels, Employee and Branch Tracking Cost of Acquisition via Distribution of Portfolio sourcing incremental from Small channels to Larger Channels Driving various campaigns from these channels 3. Productivity Enabler Ensure Team Productivity (Manpower and Branch) via activation of channels New Location & Branch planning Manpower Hiring & GAP Assessment Handholding branch till 1st DB Employee handholding (performance based) with New / Existing Channels
