Key Responsibilities: • Making Initial Contacts to leads & Creating Proper Data base • Provide complete business setup advice to clients who want to set up their business in the UAE (free zones, mainland, offshore). • Must be a self starter, Organised, Go-getter, quality oriented and performance-oriented individual • Maintain strong relationships with the channel partners. • Support the end-to-end process of company incorporation for clients across various jurisdictions specially UAE • Coordinate with internal legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the setup and onboarding phases. • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and service pitch decks using PowerPoint and Excel. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, registers, and client files. • Assist with compliance tracking, filing of statutory documents, and managing deadlines. • Conduct preliminary KYC/AML checks and ensure documentation completeness. • Organize and maintain a structured filing system (digital and physical). • Provide secretarial support including meeting minutes, resolutions, and follow-ups. • Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation templates. ______________ Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Accounts or a related field. • Qualified Company Secretary qualification • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a consulting, legal, or company secretarial environment. • Understanding of business setup procedures, particularly in a consulting context. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data organization, basic formulas) and PowerPoint (deck creation). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and client service orientation.
