Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Growth Manager to drive both offline and online sales, manage key relationships, and support business expansion through strategic initiatives. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, operational efficiency, and a passion for educational products. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth : Drive year-on-year growth in overall sales across all channels (offline & online). Channel Optimization : Strategically increase Genius Box sales across relevant platforms (e-commerce sites, retail outlets, direct sales). Customer & Partner Feedback : Manage and act on feedback from customers and partners to improve service, satisfaction, and product offerings. Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and actively identify opportunities to strengthen and expand them. New Business Development : Identify and execute new growth opportunities, including collaborations, partnerships, or expansion into new markets. Inventory & Appointment Oversight : Manage stock levels and appointments across retail outlets to ensure availability and effective customer service. Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of plans. Product Development Collaboration : Work closely with the product and creative teams to contribute to new product ideas, updates, and innovations. Locations: Gurgaon/ Mumbai/ Bangalore Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the Toy Industry or EdTech Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions. Experience in managing online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and retail sales.
