Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Area Sales Manager at Genetix Biotech Asia Ltd. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting with potential clients, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends. Role Description These are full-time on-site roles for Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Product Managers, Service Engineers & Customer Service for all our offices located in New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata & Lucknow, as well as at home office locations for Chennai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Visakhapatnam, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati & Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Executives will be responsible to achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory or customer segment. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to identify new business opportunities and close deals. Track and report on sales performance. Qualification: Preferably B. Tech degree in Life Sciences with 2~3 years of experience in similar field and industry. The Sales Managers will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, training customers on products, and managing sales operations. Qualification: Preferably Master’s degree in Life Sciences with 4~5 years of experience in similar field and industry. The Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of technical support, maintenance, and repair services to customers. This role involves overseeing complex technical issues and ensuring that the team meets performance and quality standards. The Service Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, minimizing downtime, and enhancing the overall service quality for brands like Bio-rad, INTEGRA BioSc., Interscience, etc. Qualification: Preferably Engineering degree with 4~5 years of experience in similar field and industry. The Product Manager is responsible as the primary point of contact for internal and external suppliers, providing regular updates on business performance and initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and visit their facilities for training. Monitor stock levels, oversee order placing by Imports team. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance its reputation and visibility. Qualification: Preferably PhD. in Life Sciences with 4~5 years of experience in similar field and industry. The Customer Service team member is responsible for responding to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, etc). Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns.
